I purchased a software from Legal Firm of Premier on May 13, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Angelica W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The organic produce box from Legal Firm of Premier not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
