I'm writing to complain about the exchange program I received from Legal Firm of Premier. After paying $687.20 for product, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Buster Z., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm updating my complaint because Legal Firm of Premier finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the meal delivery, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
