I purchased a plan from NexusCyber Enterprises on March 26, 1995. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cleve G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
