I purchased a device from Mart Place Enterprises on April 25, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Anastasia O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
