I paid $139.61 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hazle O. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Mart Place Enterprises contacted me to troubleshoot the handbag. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
