I purchased a software from Life Life Practice on March 10, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katherine R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
