Billing dispute with Life Life Practice

I purchased a system from Life Life Practice on March 14, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cleora I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 27, 2025 05:31It's now been 11 days since my initial complaint, and Life Life Practice still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their repair service.
