I am writing regarding order #ORD-4595-IIR-9091 placed with Care Services Ltd. on July 12, 1976. I paid $395.64 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Furman Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
