I want to report a serious concern with Care Services Ltd.'s software that I purchased on March 15, 2018 from your Marjoryville, Idaho store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Damion B., but my issue remains unresolved.
