I want to report a serious concern with Care Services Ltd.'s device that I purchased on June 21, 1992 from your Williamsonside, Tennessee store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Bethel T., but my issue remains unresolved.
