I have been a loyal customer of Complete Doctor Institute for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-5098-YVZ-1774) on October 14, 2021, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 17, 2025 05:22I've received an email from Casey Johnson at Complete Doctor Institute offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The television was clearly defective from the start.
