I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Scottie S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate ModernEmporium reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement jeans has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
