On August 7, 1994, I signed up for ModernEmporium's exchange program at their South Laurianetown, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $661.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maxine F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from ModernEmporium called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
