I am writing regarding order #ORD-6855-NCY-9922 placed with VitalPath Palma on November 30, 1999. I paid $257.88 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alysson Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
