Unresolved issue with TotalClinic product

I purchased a application from TotalClinic on November 27, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lucinda N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 22, 2025 05:28After my initial complaint, TotalClinic contacted me to troubleshoot the headphones. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
