I purchased a package from TotalClinic on August 13, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jason D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

The situation with TotalClinic has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the installation service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-088D6DC6 multiple times.
