False promises made by Tutoring of Leadership Chengdu representative

On November 13, 2005, I signed up for Tutoring of Leadership Chengdu's premium plan at their South Percyhaven, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $36.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Howard Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 25, 2025 05:27I've received an email from Quinn Young at Tutoring of Leadership Chengdu offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The athletic shoes was clearly defective from the start.
