I want to report a serious concern with Tutoring of Leadership Chengdu's solution that I purchased on October 10, 2001 from your Rodriguezberg, Texas store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marlin H., but my issue remains unresolved.
