On July 18, 2017, I signed up for Homes & Consultants International's exchange program at their Lake Arely, Utah location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $814.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ardith T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
