I am writing regarding order #ORD-6490-QRZ-5428 placed with ModernDeal Surabaya on November 12, 1983. I paid $823.0 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosendo J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
