On June 20, 1982, I signed up for ModernDeal Surabaya's premium plan at their Cielochester, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $630.83, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Angie T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ModernDeal Surabaya reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement winter coat has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
