I purchased a application from ModernDeal Surabaya on June 27, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Demarco X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding ModernDeal Surabaya. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the dress shirt I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
