I purchased a device from Complete Vitality on October 4, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Selmer A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Complete Vitality. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the laptop I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
