Quality issues with Complete Vitality product

I purchased a device from Complete Vitality on October 4, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Selmer A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
