Digital Lab refused to address issue

I have been a loyal customer of Digital Lab for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-2218-KZL-4019) on June 14, 1991, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 07, 2025 05:50I've received an email from John Lewis at Digital Lab offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The organic produce box was clearly defective from the start.
