I purchased a equipment from Digital Lab on September 3, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maximillia F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal delivery from Digital Lab not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
