Software glitches with Digital Lab product

I purchased a equipment from Digital Lab on September 3, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Maximillia F. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 29, 2025 05:47I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal delivery from Digital Lab not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
