Overcharged by Net Networks Murcia for service

I want to report a serious concern with Net Networks Murcia's unit that I purchased on September 7, 2024 from your Lake Lessie, Montana store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Camden Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
