I am writing regarding order #ORD-6793-KVL-6879 placed with Net Networks Murcia on January 9, 2017. I paid $652.13 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mikel W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate Net Networks Murcia reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement grocery order has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
