Estates Partners failed to honor their commitment

I want to report a serious concern with Estates Partners's system that I purchased on March 27, 2005 from your Jackyville, Oklahoma store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Darryl A., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 08, 2025 05:16Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $53.17 refund only covers part of what I paid for the expedited shipping, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
