The Traditional Appetite refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6015-ZLO-9077 placed with The Traditional Appetite on December 28, 2013. I paid $569.42 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aditya K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 29, 2025 05:56I've received an email from Avery Walker at The Traditional Appetite offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The sweater was clearly defective from the start.
