Unsatisfactory resolution from Culinary & Essentials

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1551-SAS-8300 placed with Culinary & Essentials on March 1, 1977. I paid $664.9 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Effie T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
