I am writing regarding order #ORD-4019-XNL-9380 placed with Spice Treats on October 10, 2016. I paid $20.7 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emmalee X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
