False promises made by Spice Treats representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9626-CLD-8185 placed with Spice Treats on September 9, 2021. I paid $519.70 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Hazel U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 07, 2025 05:56I want to acknowledge that Spice Treats has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $264.44 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $264.44 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
