I am writing regarding order #ORD-8918-YTW-9791 placed with Habitat & Group on November 6, 1999. I paid $728.18 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jamil I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate Habitat & Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement cookware set has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
