Misleading advertising by Habitat & Group

I purchased a appliance from Habitat & Group on February 8, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stan H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
