False promises made by Habitat & Group representative

On October 12, 1977, I signed up for Habitat & Group's technical assistance at their Port Diannaberg, California location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $921.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Samson Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 11, 2025 06:10Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $209.21 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
