I am writing regarding order #ORD-1997-EXZ-6747 placed with ChipMicro on October 1, 1999. I paid $465.11 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Retha D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and ChipMicro still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their extended warranty.
