I am writing regarding order #ORD-6904-XTC-3401 placed with Smart Deal on May 22, 1990. I paid $371.95 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ayla L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

The situation with Smart Deal has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the expedited shipping, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-0D2CF688 multiple times.
