I have been a loyal customer of Smart Deal for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-4234-NQC-2745) on March 21, 2025, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
