I want to report a serious concern with Smart Deal's solution that I purchased on October 20, 1982 from your Watersbury, New Mexico store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alvera D., but my issue remains unresolved.

I'm updating my complaint because Smart Deal finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the dress shirt, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
