I purchased a account from Easy Spot Collective Nakhon Ratchasima on July 25, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gia H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 18, 2025 05:36I've received an email from William Lewis at Easy Spot Collective Nakhon Ratchasima offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The t-shirt was clearly defective from the start.
