Quality issues with Urban Advisors product

I have been a loyal customer of Urban Advisors for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-2271-UFI-5994) on March 1, 1989, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
