Poor customer service experience with Well Health León

I have been a loyal customer of Well Health León for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-6362-HOC-4408) on June 10, 2020, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 24, 2025 05:40After speaking with Linda Clark from the Customer Retention at Well Health León, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
