I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Emmitt U., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I've received an email from Karen Harris at The Elite Institute offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The dress shirt was clearly defective from the start.
