I want to report a serious concern with Retail & Collective Daejeon Holdings's unit that I purchased on December 18, 1986 from your Turcotteville, Missouri store. The product has is missing essential components despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Delpha G., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 22, 2025 05:13I want to acknowledge that Retail & Collective Daejeon Holdings has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $111.47 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $111.47 for a dress shirt that never worked properly.
