I want to report a serious concern with Retail & Collective Daejeon Holdings's package that I purchased on March 17, 1981 from your New Scot, Washington store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rex A., but my issue remains unresolved.
