I am writing regarding order #ORD-6904-LKV-4116 placed with Retail & Collective Daejeon Holdings on November 13, 1995. I paid $750.47 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Esmeralda P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $455.51 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
