Frustrated with Defense & Team's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Defense & Team's tool that I purchased on August 28, 2006 from your East Magalistad, Pennsylvania store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Simone L., but my issue remains unresolved.
