I'm writing to complain about the installation service I received from Ultra Ware. After paying $948.41 for product, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Wilford K., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm updating my complaint because Ultra Ware finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the specialty food item, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
