I purchased a appliance from Space Group Palma Inc. on November 8, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Britney N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
