On June 9, 1976, I signed up for Rights Advocates's return process at their Candaceborough, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $581.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hertha Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
